ABOUT KARI LEHMAN
As a third grade teacher at Sampson Webber Leadership Academy, I plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Common Core State Standards to meet the educational needs of diverse students. I have over 12 years of teaching experience and I hold a Professional Educator License issued by the Michigan Office of Education, Illinois State Board of Education, as well as endorsements in Illinois for middle school math, social studies, and ELA.My core competencies include classroom instruction, assessment, and community building. I utilize various instructional strategies and resources to engage students in active learning and critical thinking, and I differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs and ELLs.
