I serve clients through transformational events including finance optimization (process, system, and control enhancements), ESG (“Environment, Social and Governance”) reporting, initial public offerings (“IPOs”), special purpose acquisition entity transactions (“SPACs”), and carve-out transactions. My experience includes both financial and non-finance assurance and advisory work in the United States (based in Houston, Washington, D.C, and Austin) and in Latin America (based in Mexico City).
