   As the Senior Product Owner for the Core Financials Delivery Stream, I serve as the liaison between Finance, Procurement, & Supply Chain business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the Product vision and execution of solutions within the Finance and Billing domains. Oversee the product roadmap of Procure to Pay and Accounts Payables solutions that reduce friction, eliminate inefficiencies, and support enterprise financial objectives. Early Adopter of leveraging AI-Driven practices to revitalize the discovery, refinement and governance of product backlogs. Controlled the creation and ongoing stewardship of user stories, features and cross-team dependencies. Key Accomplishments:>> Partnered with Accounts Payables teams to define and deliver a new invoice‑routing framework. I aligned our requirements with our external partner to differentiate PO‑matched from non‑matched invoices. This solution removed 100 hours of manual effort and cut over monthly invoice holds, enhancing process efficiency and data accuracy.>> Canada ACH Implementation - Managed the end to end enablement of payments to our Canadian suppliers in Canadian Dollars(CAD). Owned the requirements gathering and alignment between Finance, Technology, and our banking partner. Once deployed, the implementation eliminated 100% of wire transfer fees and removed an exhaustive USD to CAD conversion process dependent on multiple internal teams (Accounts Payable, Customer Service & Treasury)>> Led enterprise payment modernization initiative integrating a new virtual card payment system with our Oracle Enterprise Business System, enabling automated credit card payments to fleet service providers. Orchestrated cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, AP, and COAST teams (19 collaborators total) to define business requirements, sequence delivery, and ensure seamless workflow impacts across systems and business operations
