Engineering & R&D leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing, globally distributed product engineering organizations across multiple product suites. I partner closely with Product Management and senior stakeholders to define product strategy, align execution with organizational objectives, and create the team structures, processes, and culture needed to deliver at scale—while enjoying the journey together.I currently lead multiple full-stack Scrum teams across multiple products, along with Centers of Excellence for Frontend Design Systems (React, Angular) and Native Mobile Platforms (Android, iOS). My scope spans end-to-end delivery, from user experience and frontend platforms to backend services, SaaS architecture, and production operations.In parallel, I drive organization-wide initiatives around AI and GenAI adoption, leading the creation and rollout of developer productivity and automation tools that measurably improve SDLC efficiency, engineering quality, and time-to-market.I currently serve as an AVP of Engineering, having grown through roles including Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect, Development Manager, and Director. This journey gives me both hands-on technical credibility and an executive-level perspective. I’m comfortable operating at multiple altitudes—from CEO and product leadership conversations to deep technical problem-solving with engineers—and across customers, partners, and vendors.One of my key success strategies has been building cohesive, engaged, and self-driven Scrum teams with strong ownership, clear engineering practices, and minimal management overhead.
