I’m a supply chain and operations leader with experience building and scaling end-to-end operations in high-growth consumer goods companies. My background spans S & OP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and compliance.I’ve evaluated and onboarded U.S. and international contract manufacturers, implemented 3PL partnerships and led commercialization and execution of new product launches in large national retailers. At Gatsby and Fancy Sprinkles, I partnered cross-functionally to ensure supply chain readiness, enabling successful rollouts into thousands of doors at Walmart and other major accounts. I’ve also aligned forecasts, improved inventory turns, and negotiated supplier agreements to reduce costs and strengthen cash flow.I’m motivated by solving complex supply chain challenges, building strong teams, and driving continuous improvement that balances efficiency with growth.
