Lead the administrative oversight, growth, assessment, outreach, and development of our Rural and Mobile Health services lines. In this pivotal role, I am dedicated to ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations, internal and external program reporting, and collaboration with rural community members, elected officials, and fellow community providers. My responsibilities extend to overseeing staffing, data accuracy, productivity, quality assurance, and improvement. I play a key role in outreach, enrollment, and education initiatives, both locally and statewide. Spearheading projects related to these functions, I collaborate closely with managers, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure a coordinated approach. A significant aspect of my position involves establishing meaningful relationships with rural community members and elected officials. I conduct thorough assessments of rural communities to identify service opportunities and design programs that effectively meet their unique needs. I am also responsible for strategic planning to leverage existing relationships and partnerships for the development and launch of innovative programs and service models. In addition to these responsibilities, I contribute to marketing efforts for new programs, ensuring key partners are informed and engaged in the implementation process. Personnel management, compliance activities, and maintaining confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information are integral aspects of my role in supporting Alluvion Health’s rural and mobile program operations.
