   Supervise over 250+ early career & diversity focused hiring events per season as lead organizer for all RMS campus engagements. Build and manage campus engagement strategies that create strategic sourcing pipelines for over 100 schools, including the development of innovative virtual and hybrid recruitment and sourcing methods. Develop timelines, facilitate and lead meetings and trainings, assess and evaluate project risk, document project plans and process design strategies, maintain internal and external network. Manage Interview Decision Day hiring events to secure top diverse talent and satisfy evolving business needs Track and record processes, budgets and engagement data and analytics for future project consideration Consult with stakeholders, internal and external, to develop key objectives and deliverables Create inventive & robust presentation documents in support of recruiting and diversity programming initiatives Serve as a DEI subject matter expert while managing projects and strategies that identify and engage competitive underrepresented talent. Organize reception logistics with venues and other external collaborators, Reserve venues, arrange tours, demonstrations and other programming, design schedules, curate event space, communicate with candidates, prepare stakeholders, coordinate shipping of materials etc. Collaborate with external vendors to obtain event supplies and corporate branded giveaways used for marketing purposes at trade shows, career fairs, conferences, hiring events etc.
