As part of a dedicated healthcare HUB team, I’ll be providing virtual assistance to healthcare providers and office staff, helping them navigate the complex reimbursement landscape with clarity and confidence. What I’ll Be Doing:Guiding providers through prior authorizations, appeals, and claim resolutionsEducating office staff on benefit verification and payer-specific requirementsOffering expert support on coding, billing, and documentation for specialty productsStaying ahead of payer policy trends and sharing timely updatesCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryDelivering virtual presentations and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standardsThis role allows me to combine my passion for healthcare access with my strengths in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
