ABOUT KARI TAMMINGA

As Vice President, Home Configure, my goals are to understand business drivers to effectively deliver high-value software that solves real business problems that delight end users. I oversee product, services, and the 3D creative team, including sales support, contracts, P&L management, delivery, strategic planning, and product and services revenue. From my early roles in marketing to my more recent roles in product development, I have been hand-selected to solve complex projects using my unique combination of analytical thought and creative orientation. Notably, I served in the first marketing department, launching lead generation campaigns, supporting the product and sales teams at trade shows, and operationalizing the department. I then transitioned to the product side where I leveraged technology to bring many products to market, managed P & Ls, and created many initial AI models still used today. By asking questions, empowering teams, and ensuring the right people are in the right roles, I have nimbly adjusted from a start-up team of five to a large enterprise owned by a publicly held company servicing hundreds of customers. Intellectually curious and passionate about affecting positive change through user-driven product development using an agile framework, I am an effective communicator and collaborator. I connect the company vision, strategy, financial targets, and operating plan with sound judgment and impeccable integrity.
