Called at last minute to fill an unexpected consultant emergency vacancy. Served as credentialed trainer in preparation for the project implementaion, Provided one on one training including but not limited to Physicans. Facilitated the customization of daily lab check off of the Support Staff to ensure they were ready for Go-Live. Trained the super user staff for implementation. Facilitated multiple daily Epic classroom training sessions. Made available for support staff of any and all Tips and Trick sheets that were available for their help, If support staff was not understanding any part of the Epic program I re-trained them until they told me they were cofortable and confident they were ready for Go-Live and ready to get checked off.
