Ensures compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting requirements are maintained. Conducts effective investigations and manages with documentation process. Participates in the recommendation and revision of policy changes and partners with Payroll, IT, Accounting for on-boarding, Insurance and 401 Benefit compliance. Knowledge of affected labor laws including EEOC, INS, ADEA, NLRB, ADA, FMLA and FLSA laws.
