KIN was born out of a desire to help women reimagine what’s possible - not just in work, but in every part of life. It’s about taking back the definition of success, creating from instinct instead of expectation, and building lives that actually feel aligned and alive.KIN is for women who- feel unfulfilled in the roles they’ve been playing and are ready for more- are on the edge of a big leap but want guidance for the transition- know what they want but need support to finally make it happen- have had something end - career, relationship, identity - and feel the pull toward a new beginning- are simply ready to stop settling and step into who they’re becomingThis is where we stop choosing between “career” or “life.” It’s where the whole woman gets to be seen, supported, and free to create what’s next.

Hi, I\'m Kari! I\'m a somatic coach for women in transitional seasons (think career, relationships, old identities, mid-life crisis;) etc).And in a past life, I spent a decade in global university recruiting for Tableau, Salesforce and UiPath.So why somatic coaching, specifically for those in-between season in life? Let me explain:I’ve seen so many smart, capable, charismatic women shapeshift to fit into rooms and conversations they outgrew a really long time ago and didn’t even know it. The entire corporate structure would have us believe that outgrowing it says something about us, when in fact - it says way more about the system itself. And with layoffs happening back to back, the system is showing its hand. A lot of women are realizing how much of themselves they gave to something that can no longer give anything back.It forces a different kind of question. The women I work with are starting to ask: who am I if this all goes away tomorrow? And what have I been missing in the meantime? This is what I have built KIN for. I’m not here to help you find another role (although that may happen), but I am here to help you understand what this next chapter of your life is actually asking of you - and trust yourself enough to move with it. We move beyond mindset here. We bring in the nervous system, your patterns, and your unique energy so the work actually changes you, not just gives you a slightly different version of the same thing. KIN is for the women who are ready to rebel against the roles, expectations, and identities they’ve outgrown and finally move in a way that feels like them.
