Assignments are broad in nature usually requirement originality and ingenuity. Has latitude for reviewed action or decisions-Responsible for work direction, training, mentoring and oversight of team. Plans and assigns team members for given projects or tasks. Approves time off requests and changes in work schedule-Reporting & Monitoring: Produces monthly reporting of premiums to title underwriters. Completes online title search of escrow balances. Tracks excess capacity final title policies-Title Examination: Provides direction to team in completing title searches. Reviews, researches and analyzes complex title examinations. Prepares and applies correct clearance requirements for title issues on commitments. Prepares and confirms all requirements have been satisfied prior to issuance of final title policies. Thoroughly understands legal descriptions, reviews more complex plats/surveys (ALTA) and makes title requirement determinations. Confirms correct documentation received for title requirements.
