Lake Ridge Bank, with over 350 associates across 20 locations in Dane, Rock, Green, and Sauk counties, is committed to offering a wide range of financial products and services to our clients.In this role, I am responsible for overseeing talent management, compensation and benefits programs, as well as employee engagement and development initiatives. With 20 years of experience in various HR roles within the banking industry, I bring a deep understanding of human capital management. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and have earned both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Additionally, I completed the Graduate School of Banking in 2022 which included a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business Professional and Executive Development.
