   As a Senior Design Manager at Coursera, I oversee 7 product designers across two strategic groups: Learning Experience and Content Supply. My teams are building the next generation of AI-native education — from generative AI course authoring and platform infrastructure to intelligent learning integrations and course management at scale.What drives me is the challenge of designing complex, interconnected systems that actually feel simple and human. Managing pods spanning Gen AI Platform, Course Experience, AI Native Integrations, Instructional Learning, Authoring, Optimizations, and Course Management means I\'m constantly thinking about how design functions as a force multiplier — not just for users, but for the organization itself.I believe great design leadership means building teams that can move fast, think strategically, and never lose sight of the learner. I\'m passionate about scaling design culture, raising the craft bar, and embedding AI thoughtfully into every layer of the product experience.
