Kari Atkinson is the Vice President of People & Culture at ManpowerGroup – a leading Fortune 500 company delivering innovative workforce solutions. In her current role, Kari provides People & Culture leadership (HRBP) to the Manpower brand business to guide its talent strategy and deliver business outcomes. Additionally, Kari leads total rewards (comp & benefits) with a focus on designing and enhancing ManpowerGroup’s rewards to attract and retain top, diverse talent. Kari led COVID pandemic response efforts, introduced the Work Your Way flexible work model and led HR due diligence and integration of a nearly $1B acquisition. She also played a key role in the development of the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Prior to ManpowerGroup, Kari held various management roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Johnson Controls and United Technologies. Kari holds a master’s degree from Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certified professional.
