Armbruster Impact Management (AIM) was created by a desire to create a ripple of change. As a witness to what one idea can spark within a large organization, it is clear to me that the corporate world is starving for the kind of inspiration given by corporate impact. My goal is to expand upon the work I began at Kroger by bringing more integrated sustainable business practices across organizations. I provide overall ESG strategy development including goal development and road mapping. I develop impact narratives to help create compelling storytelling from your successful ESG efforts to broadcast your work to investors, customers and employees.I also offer a food waste specific consultation service for companies, start ups or organizations looking to implement solutions on food waste and food recovery programs.
