My focus is on operational alignment, ensuring that what we build internally is fully integrated and ready to support the customer experience externally.I partner with functional leads across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to drive the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives. This includes facilitating working sessions, leading solutioning discussions, and creating progress tracking tools that surface risks, measure impact, and guide decision-making.
