The intent of my coaching is to change your journey, whether it be for leadership growth or job search, from fearful and flat to empowered, strategic, and effective.I\'m passionate about partnering with individuals across all industries to develop and manage their careers or for job search transition to achieve their professional objectives and goals. That includes major career pivots or transitions from one industry to another, board work, consulting or entrepreneurship. I also support people in transitions from government careers. And I work with people easing out of full-time work into portfolio careers or retirement. My business offers a boutique service to partner for success by providing customized plans along with resources, strategy, coaching, tools, roadmaps, and motivation. I help individuals embrace professional growth and career transition and empower them to be intentional, strategic and successful through the process.Career transition services are provided through 1:1 coaching and workshops on all aspects of career search including career analysis, resume writing, marketing plans, personal branding, networking, social media, interviewing, negotiation skills and career management. I coach executives to elevate their leadership skills and also offer networking groups to expand their horizons and networks. In the ever-changing world of business, the ability to manage change and remain resilient is a necessity. My work within companies provides leaders and employees with knowledge and tools to develop resilience for their employees and empower their leaders with change management training to move teams through change with minimal impact to productivity. I feel strongly that everyone should be intentional about their professional objectives and definitely believe in fit,\"the right people in the right roles\" to maximize talent.
