Coordinate real-time resource management, including appointment flow, client routing, and follow-ups, to maintain throughput and minimize service delays. Support SLA compliance and program performance by tracking timeliness, adherence, and deliverables across multiple concurrent priorities. Balance operational demand with workforce considerations, supporting schedule changes, time-off impacts, and continuity of service. Leverage Excel and data analysis techniques (tracking, reporting, trend analysis) to support workforce planning decisions and leadership briefings.
