Facilitated automated regression efforts as part of QA Team’s waterfall to Agile conversion. Worked with various scrum teams to identify manual regression tests and schedule execution to coincide with testing periods. Set process for identifying tests ready for Automation in ALM quality Center • Created wiki dashboard to publish automated regression process across 60+ IVR applications. Wrote SQL queries to build ALM Reporting to track automated regression progress. Held daily standups with offshore personnel to coordinate scheduling of Automated Daily Smoke Testing while facilitating resolution of failed test cases by creating and tracking defects. Supported quarterly Releases by coordinating automated testing and executing manual test cases and assigning resources. Used Remedy to create prb tickets, Hogan, to identify data. Used BOKs access to query IVR Logs to validate QA Testing. Worked closely with application development leads/managers, QA leads/managers from other areas, and business groups to ensure successful collaboration.
