I have been fortunate in my career to be able to pursue my passion - helping people. In 2001, I started Sharp Human Resources (SHR). My consulting has evolved from helping organizations with their HR needs to Career Coaching - helping individuals find their career direction. In August of 2022, I updated the name of my company to to more align with my mission. Clients come from all different industries for guidance on starting out in their career, finding new opportunities within their chosen career, or transitioning into a new career path. As well as clients who have taken time off to raise a family and are ready to re-enter the workforce. I work with sophomores to help them find a career path that they are passionate about, juniors on finding and completing internships, and seniors on refining their resume, creating a strong LinkedIn profile, becoming more comfortable with networking, and learning how to interview.
