They’ve been holding it all together for a long time, often without realizing how much they’ve been carrying.My work supports women in softening out of constant self-management and reconnecting with their inner authority — not through force, performance, or fixing, but through presence, awareness, and embodied choice.Where Science Meets the Lived Human ExperienceMy approach bridges nervous system awareness, grounded spirituality, and real-life decision-making. I’m less interested in supporting people become someone new and more devoted to helping them listen to what their body, language, and inner signals have been communicating all along.Healing and leadership, in my work, are not about pushing through or optimizing harder. They’re about learning how to respond from a regulated, coherent place — especially during seasons of transition, recovery, identity shift, or reorientation.This Is Not About Doing MoreMany of the women I work with are deeply capable. What they’re tired of is bracing.Together, we slow things down enough for the system to settle — so decisions become cleaner, boundaries feel more natural, and the next step reveals itself without force. The work is relational, responsive, and paced for integration, not performance.I draw from neuroscience, lived intuition, and embodied spiritual practice, always grounded in what is practical and usable in everyday life. Nothing is prescribed. And on top of our scheduled programs, there are evening salons, dialog sessions, music, dancing, campfires, and just plain L.
