In a nutshell, including but not limited to, will: • Influence policies, affinity groups, programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce • Partner w/TA: design innovative outreach programs-promoting SBD brand to diverse audiences • Launch unique talent pilot programs (ex: SBD Returner, Abilities) to build pipelines, retain talent • Build external partnerships to assist in talent attraction, retention, and overall work experience • Manage the learning and development track for the SBD Gender Equity Roadmap • Collaborate with Corporate TM towards corporate wide launches of Sponsor/Mentor programs • Track & report metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives implemented • Partner with Corporate Brand & Communications on internal & external web content • Propose enhancements to the SBD story on diversity equity & inclusion • Influence training and educational programs for leaders and employees: MAKERS and Corporate • Provide benchmark and research analysis, and provide input to corporate wide survey
