I manage and support the SVP Production team for 9+ shows per season in various production (Prep, Shoot, and Wrap). In this role, I build strong relationships with show Producers, Unit Production Managers), Production Managers, Accounting, and Casting Post-Production staff to answer their questions and implement Warner Bros. Studios policies and best practices. I also provide solutions rapidly in a variety of situations to achieve common goals. I compile highly confidential deal memos and payroll correspondence for Producers, Directors, Talent, Union, and Non-union Employees. Hire staff, set up production and writers’ offices, and order equipment, office supplies and furniture for offices. Provide approval on certain purchasing capacities. Train and mentor production assistants in advancing their careers in their chosen production specializations. Manage complex operations of up to 9 shows at a time, including pilots and ongoing series/full-season shows, which run up to 8-10 months.Coordinate with multiple Production departments simultaneously, including Line Producers, Production Coordinator, Production Staff, Accounting, Writing, and Casting. Interact with studio departments, including physical, grip, construction, estimating, development, casting, legal, business affairs, a total of 75-100 employees. In close cooperation with Senior VP of Production who specialized in accounting, participate in budgeting decisions and complex budget management. Complete purchase orders for the accounting office and complete several projects with budget surpluses. Highly experience in pre-production and production, office set-up, and crew hiring. Extensive knowledge of television show production process from start to finish.
