For 20+ years, I\'ve helped people move better, recover, and return to the activities that make them feel their best- whether that\'s training for competition, staying active, or simply living with less pain. My experience spans clinical, chiropractic, and wellness settings, where I\'ve combined hands-on care with education to help patients understand and support their own well-being. I\'ve seen firsthand that a body in motion truly stays in motion- and I\'m passionate about helping people keep moving well for the long term. I\'m now preparing to enter a Physical Therapist Assistant program (Fall \'26) to expand my impact and continue learning from the PT community- bringing a sports performance mindset and a lifelong passion for movement, recovery, and well-being.Outside of work you can catch me working on my backhand or my front crawl- both in desperate need of polishing.
