   Maintain the Legal Department’s contracts database and act as the primary Legal contact for all contract requests, questions, and research projects - Assist with drafting, editing, and review of standard agreements, amendments, work statements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation for various business units - Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of records management policies, ensuring operational and legal requirements are met - Manage Board of Directors meeting minutes and materials, SEC filings, and other corporate records - Streamline the process in which records are received and processed in the department - Serve as the liaison between colleagues in the Legal Department and Records Management to facilitate compliance with records management policies - Assist in-house attorneys and outside counsel with all special projects as assigned
