Karen Prater Jasmine is Chief Data Officer at Inclusion Score, a startup that provides data-driven solutions for measuring and improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (D&I) in organizations. She is also a Lean Green Belt Certified (LGBC) data scientist, an Assistant Lecturer at University of Georgia, and a Diversity and Inclusion Leader at via Praxis, a consultancy firm that specializes in D&I strategy and implementation. With over 13 years of experience in D&I leadership, Karen has successfully implemented D&I as a business process management (BPM) methodology at the 50 largest architecture firms in the US, as well as advised CEOs, municipal and state governments, and trade associations on D&I best practices. She is also the first ISO-30415 Diversity & Inclusion Professional, a credential that recognizes her expertise and contribution to the international standard for D&I management systems.
