Human Resources is all about the intersection of our people with our business and organizational strategy. In alignment with Messer’s mission, we provide our employee-owners with innovative and employee-focused solutions. Our core services include strategic and diverse talent acquisition, cutting-edge human resource technology, equitable compensation, consistent and fair employee relations, and accurate and timely payroll – all while mitigating risk within a vast amount of regulatory compliance.\\\\n\\\\nI hold a degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and is a Leadership NKY alumnus. As an opportunity to give back to her profession, I serve on the board of GCHRA/SHRM as Diversity Chair. In addition, I am a board member and chair the Human Resource Committee for Redwood, a non-profit that helps to grow the abilities of children and adults with disabilities. I was designated as a “One Hundred Wise Women,” which connects accomplished qualified woman executives in a forum as trusted mentors to rising women leaders.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
