Having master planned almost 50 million square feet globally, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to advancing development plans from concept to completion. Karen’s public/private partnership experience includes projects in Boston, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, Colorado and Utah. As Vice President of Community Development, Public Finance and Entitlements at Alterra Mountain Company, Karen is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for resort communities, public finance mechanisms for horizontal infrastructure and governmental entitlements.
