Assist strategic business and shared services units in the areas of Business Process Documentation, Business Case Development, Business Process Improvement Analytics. Responsible for the oversight, coordination and communication of the AVMA\'s Project Portfolio Management Process and platform utilized to support the process and associated workflows- Ensure adherence to standards and consistent methodologies for the development of new project ideas from inception to launch - Implements processes to provide transparency to stakeholders - Partners with project owners to monitor project work plans and ensure integration of necessary resources
