ABOUT KAREN LUKANOVICH

Do you want to move from where you are to a higher level of performance or reach your next big goal but are unsure on how to achieve those summits? Maybe you\'re feeling challenged with decision paralysis, a lack of confidence or depleting physical energy. You are a high achiever, but in the face of new challenges, you may feel uncertain or overwhelmed. And that is where I come in. Evoking inquiry to create awareness, embracing a learner\'s mindset and appreciating that goals are only realized by practice and learning in action is the foundation of my work. Key pillars of my coaching include: connecting with core values; acknowledging and building on strengths; boosting confidence and leadership skills through practice; and nurturing health and well-being to provide a solid foundation to take action. How I help My clients are high achievers. They are ready to shift their mindsets and get the support they need. With goals to shift mindsets and develop new habits and behaviors through practice and action, the process brings commitment to the inner work; to become the best leaders of ourselves and others.My coaching approach employs strategies, tools and assessments from elite sport, applied neuroscience and positive psychology to support clients to reach their goals with a plan inspired by co-created strategies for a high performance process & future forward action planning: building on strengths with renewed confidence and a balanced physiology - to feel strong and empowered again. BackgroundI’ve paddled the gamut across elite sports, a sprint kayak Olympian, a sports coach, working as a senior sales executive in STEM organizations to launching my own manufacturing and consulting businesses. I truly understand the mindsets of high achievers and also the challenges and fears. I was fortunate to have some great coaches that have supported and guided me in the past. It is for this reason that I do the work I do to be that person for others.I energize by time in nature, building community and empowering young athletes of all abilities.
