I have been so blessed to work with so many wonderful, smart, and talented individuals supporting all levels within an organization ranging from Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Automotive, Higher Education, and Aerospace industries. I love what I have been able to do for over 30 years and cherish my client relationships. As a trusted advisor and coach, I have an extensive background in career transition, human resources, and training/group facilitation. I\'ve had the privilege of partnering with senior level executives in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Sales. I am known for creating a positive quality learning experience using technology and a high-touch approach to cultivating long-term client relationships.Before my career coaching career, I spent ten years working in various Human Resources leadership roles for a Xerox Financial Services division. Corporate training was my first passion, consistently achieving top performer for presenting and facilitating numerous Professional Selling Skills and Sales Leadership workshops at the Xerox Learning Campus in Leesburg, VA for key sales executives. In addition to my extensive career transition experience, I\'m also a CPI-certified New Horizons coach which allows me to partner with those individuals considering or entering into their next phase-retirement.
