Cycle Sprog is the UK\'s leading information resource about kids bikes and family cycling. We work closely with brands and organisations who share our passion for getting more kids on bikes. Our audience of active parents enjoy reading about new products to help them cycle with their children, and learning about new places to ride. I have also established myself as a leading voice and advocate for family cycling and in 2019 I was named one of Cycling UK\'s 100 Women in Cycling.

I set up the Cycle Sprog website to share the joy of cycling with other families. Over the years Cycle Sprog has gone from a small parenting blog to the leading information source about family cycling and kids bikes. We provide impartial and jargon-free advice to take parents from being curious to confident about cycling with their family. From riding with babies and toddlers, through buying a first bike and learning to pedal, cycling to school and family adventures, Cycle Sprog is there for every bit of the journey. We\'ve got a team of passionate cyclists along with our wonderful guest bloggers. They review kids bikes and family cycling accessories and write loads of advice and travel articles to inspire other families to start and keep cycling. We also collaborate with many of the leading kids bike and family cycling brands as our audience of active parents love to know what\'s new in the world of family cycling and outdoor fun.
