I am a native of Columbus, Ohio. I graduated with my Bachelor\'s of Science from Ohio University in 2002.Master\'s of Science is Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2004. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S). My background includes mental health counseling, behavior support, end-of-life care, and higher education. I have a strong passion for health and wellness, which I incorporate into my social work practice. Fostering resiliency through work-life balance and encouraging self-care practices are ongoing skills I focus on with clients.
