Years of Project Management and Leadership roles has enabled me to work with organisations to assess their unique individual, team and groups energy and needs to enhance their team\'s collaboration to bring change. My research interests include collaboration and mutuality, women in leadership, play with a means to solving problems or thinking in a more innovative way and using our brains for future thinking and to do good in the world.
