Hire staff to work for the Boulder County Elections. We had three separate elections in Boulder County in 2024. As we had to hire people for each election, we hired some people three times within a year. The time frame available for each hiring was constricted on both ends so we had to work under tight deadlines, follow up with hundreds of people, and properly onboard them. We were in the process of switching software programs (on a county scale) so the process was more complicated than it normally would have been.
