ABOUT KAREN FLAXER
Karen Flaxer leads diversity initiatives and projects for the National Partnerships and Programs team in Talent Acquisition at Wells Fargo. As a Diverse Segments Program Manager, she leverages her passion for diversity through outreach and building relationships with organizations to attract diverse talent, helping to make Wells Fargo a great place to work. With over eighteen years of Human Resources experience, Karen has gained a wide variety of skills and knowledge in diversity strategy, affirmative action, project management, recruitment, marketing, and outreach. Before coming to Wells Fargo, Karen held positions at IBM, the University of Colorado, and Mitchell International, Inc. Karen is dedicated to making her community a better place by actively volunteering. She has been actively involved with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Mountain States and serves on the Regional Board of Directors. Karen also is the VP of Operations for Wells Fargo Enterprise Disability Connection - Employee Resource Network. Karen received a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Denver. She also holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
