   You Can\'t Fix What You Can\'t See: An Eye-opening Toolkit to Cultivate Gender Harmony in Business (published on Dec 1 of 2019). My book is about the Gender Divide in Tech. It explains where it came from and how it evolved including some fascinating history. As you know, we’ve been working to bridge the Gender Divide in Tech for at least 30 years but have made little actual progress. A big part of this stems from the differences between men & women, so I include several captivating sections that discuss these differences, including some of the latest neuroscience findings. These sections by themselves will offer you several ah-ha moments as pieces from past encounters start to fall into place and actually make sense to you. I include a discussion on what fixing the Gender Divide will mean to both individuals and companies. Finally, it all gets wrapped up with the actions that need to be taken by individuals, organizations, and companies to accelerate the change in order to leverage the full power of the individuals that walk through your doors every day. Are you intrigued yet? The book pulls together my experience of many years spent in the rough and tumble world of Tech. I combine this with years of research and interviews with many experts. One of my most interesting findings was that many people cannot “see” this problem. Once they do “see” it, they are inclined to fix it.
