   Much of my responsibilities as Senior Project Designer is to create solutions for large and complex architectural projects, many of these for international clients. Since much of my focus is on the client communication side- I initiate and create schematic designs, prepare of presentation drawings, models and narratives. Creation cannot exist without collaboration, and I enjoy working alongside various experts and planners throughout the schematic and design development phases to ensure that the solution accommodates the engineering needs and the owners program. With a strong interest in creating environments that foster mentorship and collaboration, I initiated a Bi-monthly forum called “Between the Boards” that allows a platform the office to come together and seek advice or share lessons learned from work currently on the boards.
