Ensure highly complex status reports are provided on a monthly basis to Goodwill and Goodwill Academy\'s Board of Directors (respective), Palm Beach County authorities and Housing for Urban Development. • Reduced DSO from 63 days to 31 days outstanding. • Increased Days Cash on Hand from 5 to 82 days. • Responsible for Debt Covenant compliance and debt in excess of $7M. • Executed e-payable card program to improve efficiency and realized a positive rebate impact of $45K. • Successfully converted archaic phone and POS system to new VOIP phone system and Business Intelligence for POS system for improved functionality. • Reduced complex reporting and month end close processes reporting time by 20 days.
