ABOUT KAREN REVILLE

Who am I? Well I\'m a busy working mum of two who, like most of my comrades fell into recruitment in my early 20\'s. I loved helping people find jobs and hated the cold calling so I was naturally drawn into the In-house side of Recruitment. I soon realised that I actually sell every day in my role but now I make sure I feel passionate about the company I work for so that I can be genuinely excited to talk about it to any prospective candidates. It is so important to me that people who come through the recruitment process with me feel valued and respected and whether they get the job or not they go away as happy with the best experience as possible. I admit I don\'t always get it right and I don\'t remember every candidate that I have ever spoken to (I so wish I had a photographic memory!) but anyone who has seen me running around the office will hopefully testify that I try my hardest to do the best I can.
