During my time in the Navy I was one of the many who was prescribed pill after pill to handle the physical and mental challenges of the Navy. Little did I know that during this time of healing I was truly causing my body more pain and issues. After I retired I took a year to find my place in the \"civilian world\" and soon realized I needed to start all over again. The Navy gave me years of experience to land a good paying job but I wanted more from life. I wanted to be able to enjoy time with my kids and feel great. That is why I decided to move my career path to health and wellness. As a veteran I am thankful to say I am 100% free and clear of all pharmaceuticals for several years now! The love for life I have found since repairing my gut health and finding my tribe of healthy minded individuals has made all the difference.
