ABOUT KAREN BESIADA-HANSEN
Karen has been in the Real Estate industry since 2014. She will tell you that the market is ever changing, with many opportunities and challenges. She was born and raised in Stevens Point. Her dad was a custom and commercial builder with an 8th grade education but had an entrepreneurial spirit with a driveto match. Her mom eventually became a realtor so that she could sell the homes he built.(A Match Made in Heaven). Karen moved to Green Bay in 1994 and worked in the healthcare industry as an entrepreneur and business owner. She had owned investment properties and flipped a couple of homes, which eventually lead her to a career change working as a Real Estate Agent. She believes that you need a real estate professional who will listen to your wants and needs, yet someone who understands the industry and strives to stay ahead of the game. What you will hear from her past clients is that she is dedicated and honest! Her clients appreciate her prompt responses to them and her high level of communication. She is professional and detailed. She loves learning new things and challenging herself to be the best she can be. She is constantly researching the latest and best technologies, tools, and services to ensure that her clients benefit from the best marketing and search products to help with the sale or purchase of a home. Karen prides herself on negotiating with her client’s interest to be represented in the best possible way. Karen and her husband, Jack, have been married for almost 18 years and reside in Ashwaubenon. Jack is dairy veterinarian and one of the originating founders of Valley Vet in Seymour. We have a blended family with 2 adult children, a son and daughter, both married. We were blessed this past November 7th with our first grandson, Baby Jack.
