About Karen Ball

I help leaders and teams consciously choose how they think so they can work together better. When mindsets shift, behavior and culture improve, creating meaningful and lasting results. After 10 years at Prosci, 20 years in change management, and more than 40 years of professional experience, including certification as a Master Change Management Professional (MCMP™), I now focus fully on The BX® Experience. I was drawn to it because it helps people build shared understanding, adopt change faster, and discover better ways forward, together. The BX Experience is a research-based, hands-on, heads-in workshop that helps people see how they think. It works with small teams and large global organizations. Participants learn to question assumptions, understand different perspectives, and create better solutions. More than people in over 200 organizations have taken part. My work combines behavioral science, adult learning, and skilled facilitation with engaging activities that create insights people remember and apply.Knowledge + Vision =
