Reporting to Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations, I am responsible for all Human Resource functions for a growing healthcare organization consisting of three companies providing palliative and hospice care to the elderly in their home environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to- recruiting healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses as well as support office staff including accounting, graphic arts and office management- responsible for driving and coordinating all onboarding efforts from interviewing candidates, making job offers and conducting new hire orientations. Established new recruiting and onboarding procedures within 3 weeks of start date to provide consistency across multiple offices- manage all healthcare and supplemental benefits - responsible for risk management; workers\' compensation and general liability, working with broker on annual renewal process for 3 separate companies- responsible for employee relations, coaching and career development at all levels.
