Created a new, successful Product Management department in Enerex. Our platform is made up of products built by different teams, located around the world. Each product has a product manager who shapes his/her product and integrates it into the platform. Launched Productboard to collect, score, and prioritize enhancements. We also use PB to publish product roadmaps where customers can vote for enhancements. We gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and work with dev to develop and release the roadmap features. We are the bridge between Customer Success and Development – triaging ADO tickets, providing solutions, or creating detailed programming requirements. We also serve as project managers for significant feature deployments that involve multiple departments – marketing, CS, and dev.
