I am an Assistant Director with extensive experience of delivering and commissioning services across health, social care and the voluntary sector, responsible for budgets of up to £95million and a staffing complement of approximately 350 people. Resilient and tenacious, I have a strong track record of managing significant change in adult social care and health, including Care Act implementation and health and social integration, delivering savings targets and turning failing services around. I relish challenge! I also have significant success in progressing complex and often innovative areas such as developing community resilience, improving the quality of the local health and social care offer and alternative models of delivery. I am passionate about the potential and involvement of people, the role of social work and the difference that social care can make.I\'m available from early April 2017.
