ABOUT KARENA BRAWLEY

With almost 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a geophysicist, principal, and executive, I know the challenges and opportunities that come with change and transition. That\'s why I became a certified life coach and founded Amulet Coaching, a company that helps clients who are in challenge or change to move from distress to success and from tired to inspired, so they can live a healthy and vibrant life. I use neuroscience-backed methodologies from some of the world\'s top coaching programs, such as Mindset and High Performance, to transform clients\' thinking and habits that cause them to get stuck. I hold the map and the flashlight, and empower clients to draw their own path toward new possibilities. My clients can expect to overcome bad habits and behaviours, move beyond hurt and hardship, and achieve renewed levels of self-confidence, happiness, and success. I have passionately studied personal development since the mid-80s and have hundreds of hours of training as a certified coach. I believe that even the hardest of life\'s transitions, struggles, and disasters can be transformed into opportunity, growth, and renewed leadership.
