Training LEAD Program Transform for all Leaders in 2019/2020 and LEAD 2.5 created all content and program development. The LEAD Team was granted the Innovation in Employee Experience Circle of Success Award in 2019 as well as the West Division Making a Difference Award of Excellence. The team was also credited with an 8.5 rise in eNPS scores in the West for Motivation and a 7.1 rise in Workplace eNPS scores.
